Installation
INSTALLATION - 4.0LThe Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) sensor (2) is mounted into the top/front of the upper half of the intake manifold.
An O-ring is used to seal the sensor to the intake manifold.
1.
Check condition of sensor O-ring.
2.
Position MAP sensor into intake manifold. Note locating tangs.
3.
Rotate sensor 1/4 turn clockwise.
4.
Connect electrical connector (1) at sensor (2).
