INSTALLATION - PICK UP MODELS





The two oxygen (O2) sensors 1/1 (1) and 1/2 (2) are located at each end of the #2 catalyst.

Threads of NEW oxygen sensors are factory coated with anti-seize compound to aid in removal.DO NOT add any additional anti-seize compound to threads of a new oxygen sensor. Be careful not to get anti-seize compound on sensor tip.

1. Install O2S sensor. Tighten to 41 Nm (30 ft. lbs.) torque.
2. Connect O2S sensor pigtail harness to main wire harness connector.
3. Lower vehicle.
