Rear Control

DESCRIPTION





When equipped with the rear A/C system, the controls for the A/C system are located in the front A/C-heater control (1) in the center of the instrument panel. The controls for the rear A/C system are:

- a push button for manually increasing fan speed (2).
- a rotary control knob for rear temperature control (3).
- a push button for manually decreasing fan speed and turning the rear A/C system off (4).
- indicator lamps which illuminate to reflect when the rear A/C system is on and the selected fan speed (5).
- a push button air recirculation control (6). An indicator lamp illuminates when the button is pressed.

The rear A/C controls are diagnosed using a scan tool.

The rear A/C controls cannot be repaired and the front A/C-heater control must be replaced as an assembly if inoperative or damaged A/C Heater Control - Removal.
