Battery Temperature Sensor - Installation







INSTALLATION





NOTE: Make sure the sensor clips are fully seated into the battery tray and the electrical connector is fully seated on the sensor.

1. Install battery temperature sensor (1) to battery tray (2).
2. Connect electrical connector (3) to the battery temperature sensor (1).




3. Install battery to tray
4. Install the battery hold down and bolt. Tighten to 28 Nm (21 ft. lbs).
5. Connect battery cables, tighten the nuts to 10 Nm (90 in. lbs.).
