Installation

INSTALLATION

CAUTION: Hand start the bolt to prevent damage from cross-threading.

1. Install the knock sensors (2) to the engine block (3).
2. Install the knock sensor bolts (1) and tighten bolts to 15 Nm (11 ft. lbs.).

3. Connect the knock sensor electrical connectors (3) and (4).
4. Install the intake manifold. Intake Manifold - Installation
5. Connect the negative battery cable, tighten the nut to 10 Nm (90 in. lbs.).
