Install new cylinder head bolts

Tighten cylinder head bolts 1-12 in the sequence shown in using a three step tightening sequence:
a. First to 35 Nm (26 ft. lbs.).
b. Second to 48 Nm (35 ft. lbs.).
c. Third rotate an additional 90°.

INTAKE MANIFOLD





Intake Manifold Bolts 13 Nm (95 in. lbs.)





Plenum cover bolts 12 Nm (106 in. lbs.) as shown.

CAMSHAFT PULLEY/GEAR TORQUE

Camshaft Sprocket/Phaser Bolt 165 Nm (121 ft. lbs.)

EXHAUST MANIFOLD

Exhaust Manifold Bolts 29 Nm (21 ft. lbs.)
