G. Actuator Calibration

NOTE:
This procedure should only be performed if one or more actuators, other than the face/defrost actuator on MTC systems, have been replaced.

1. Connect the wiTECH pod to the vehicle data link connector located under the steering column.

2. Place the ignition in the "RUN" position.

3. Set the HVAC mode knob in Face (or Bi-level) and blower knob at "Low" setting.

4. Open the wiTECH desktop application.

5. Starting at the "Vehicle View" screen, select "HVAC".

6. Select the "System Test" tab at the top of the screen.

7. Select "Actuator Calibration Test" from list.

8. Follow the screen prompts to complete the calibration.
