CONNECTING ROD ENGINE

Install the connecting rod cap and bearing with the tang on the same side as the rod.
Tighten the NEW connecting rod cap bolts 20 Nm (15 ft. lbs.) plus 90°.






Install the windage tray with eight main bearing cap bolts.
Tighten the bolts 21 Nm (16 ft. lbs.) plus 90°.

Piston Pin bore Diameter 22.016 ± 0.005 mm (0.8668 ± 0.0002 in.)
Bearing Bore Out of Round (Max.) 0.008 mm (0.0003 in.)
