Liftgate Glass - Removal






REMOVAL





1. Before proceeding with the following repair procedure, review all warnings and cautions. Service Precautions
2. Remove liftgate trim panels. Liftgate Trim Panel - Removal
3. Remove the spoiler. Spoiler - Removal
4. Remove rear window wiper arm (4), if equipped. Rear Wiper Arm - Removal
5. Disconnect the heated backlite electrical connectors (1), if equipped.










NOTE: Windshield removal shown, backlite similar.

6. Using a windshield cut-out wire or other suitable tool, separate the adhesive.
7. Carefully remove backlite.
