HELLA CRUISE CONTROL
1988 Medallions equipped with cruise control may have either a Hella system or a Renix system. Hella cruise control entered production starting with fabrication number U016355 for sedan and U005098 for station wagon and is the only system used now.
The Hella cruise control can be identified by removing the cruise control module and looking at the name on the module. The module is located under the front left corner of the instrument panel, and is held on by an elastic strap.
