Revisions to the front end alignment specifications for the Medallion vehicle require that changes be made to page G-3 of the M.R. 289 manual.


Corrections have been made to the vehicle height, camber, and toe-out information previously published in I.S. Note 1E for M.R. 289.


Please cut out and permanently affix the attached chart to page G-3 of your M.R. 289 manual.

FRONT END ALIGNMENT SPECIFICATIONS

Note:
Vehicle weight must be on all four tires before tightening suspension bushing bolts on such components as the control arms and stabilizer bars. In addition, vehicle height must be determined before checking front end alignment. Refer to the height measurement information on pages J-5 and J-6 of this manual. Record the vehicle heights measured and locate the height value closest to the actual alignment specification. The specifications shown for camber and K.P.I. are +/- 1/2~ Side-to-side variation must not exceed 1~ for caster, camber or K.P.I.
