Crankshaft Position Sensor: Testing and Inspection
Engine Speed Sensor (CPS):
1.
Disconnect the
speed sensor connector and measure the resistance between terminals "A" and "B".
2.
If the resistance for a hot engine is not between 125 and 275 ohms, replace the sensor.
