Correct VECI labels are being mailed directly to owners. An additional label may be ordered, without charge, if needed. Be sure to order the proper label for the involved vehicle and recall using the table in the illustration.

COMPLETION REPORTING AND REIMBURSEMENT
Claims for vehicles which have been serviced must be submitted on the DIAL System. Claims submitted will be used by Chrysler to record recall service completions and provide dealer payments.

Use one of the following labor operation numbers and time allowances as applicable for the recall number involved:




Note:
Vehicles requiring VECI label installation are divided into six separate recall groups depending on vehicle model, model year and emission system. To ensure proper payment, be sure to use the correct labor operation number for the applicable recall as defined in the table in the illustration. The recall number can be identified from the Owner Notification Form (lower right), from the applicable dealer Vehicle List, or from DIAL Function 70.
