Fluid Level Check

Place vehicle on level surface, start engine and operate at idle speed. Shift transaxle through all gear ranges and return to park. With parking brake applied, place selector lever in N, then remove dipstick and check fluid level. Transmission should be at operating temperature when checking fluid level (160-180°F). Fluid level should be between Add and Full lines on dipstick. If necessary, add Mopar ATF Plus 4 (Automatic Transmission Fluid type 7176). automatic transmission fluid to bring fluid level within Add and Full lines on dipstick.
