Front Fender - Installation






INSTALLATION





1. Position the front fender (2) to the vehicle.
2. Loosely install the fasteners (5) that secure the top of the front fender.
3. Loosely install the fasteners (1, 3) that secure the front fender to the side cowl panel.
4. Install the front fastener (4) securing the fender to the front end module. Tighten the fastener to 5 N-m (45 in. lbs.).
5. Loosely install the two fasteners (3) that secure the bottom of the front fender to the lower dogleg.
6. Lower the vehicle.
7. Check fender for flush and gap and adjust as necessary.
8. Tighten all fender fasteners to 7 Nm (62 in. lbs.)
9. Install the headlamp housing Removal and Replacement.
10. Install the front fascia, Front Bumper Fascia - Installation.
