Body Control Module - Installation





INSTALLATION





1. Position the Body Control Module (BCM) (2) into the vehicle and connect the two electrical connectors on the back of the module.
2. Position the BCM in the bracket (3).

NOTE: It will be necessary to position the bracket downward when installing the BCM.

CAUTION: Do not distort the BCM bracket in excess, when repositioning.

3. Install, and tighten the three fasteners (1) that secure the BCM to the mounting bracket; two on the top, and one on the bottom.





4. Connect the four electrical connectors (1) on the front side of the BCM (2).
5. Position the fuse box cover; install the two fasteners, and tighten.





6. Install the drivers side knee blocker (2),Knee Blocker Air Bag - Installation.
7. Install the drivers side close out panel (1).
8. Connect the negative battery cable.
