Seat Back - Assembly






ASSEMBLY

NOTE: Passenger seat shown. Driver seat similar.





1. If necessary, install the air bag onto the seat back cushion Seat Air Bag - Installation
2. If necessary, install a new heated seat pad onto the seat back cushion Heater Pad - Installation.
3. Position the seat back cover (1) onto the seat back cushion (3) and attach new hog rings (2).






NOTE: Typical seat back and head restraint sleeves shown.

4. Position the seat back cover and cushion (1) onto the seat back frame.
5. Install the headrest sleeves (2).
6. Zip up the seat back cover and tuck the loose ends of the zippers into the seat back.





7. Install the head restraint (1) onto the seat back. Press the release tab on the two head restraint sleeves (2 and 3) and push the head restraint straight downward.
8. Install the seat back frame, cushion and cover Seat Back - Installation.
