Output Shaft Assembly - Disassembly

DISASSEMBLY

Special Tools:











1. Remove the fourth speed driven gear using Bearing Splitter (P-334).

2. Remove the fourth gear to third gear spacer.





3. Remove the third and second driven gears using Bearing Splitter (P-334).





4. Remove the first/second gear synchronizer and slider ring (1).





5. Remove the needle bearing from the shaft.





6. Remove the snap ring (1).





7. Remove the first driven gear and the first/second synchronizer hub using Bearing Splitter (P-334).





8. Remove the needle bearing from the shaft.





9. Remove the snap ring.

10. Remove the rear bearing from the shaft using Bearing Splitter (P-334).
