Test Notes

Perform this pinpoint test only if the concerns remain after checking the following items:
- Make sure New Generation STAR (NGS) Tester is properly connected to Data Link Connector (DLC). Check connections for damaged or loose terminals.
- Make sure the ignition switch is in RUN position.
- Make sure the battery is properly charged.

If the concern remains after changing these conditions, proceed with Pinpoint Test R.
