Thrust Bearings

1. Wash the thrust bearings thoroughly in cleaning solvent. Blow the bearings dry with compressed air.
2. Make certain the bearings are clean and then lubricate with transmission fluid. Replace any bearings and races which show signs of pitting or roughness.
