Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview

1. Verify the customer concern by operating the audio system and the Video Cassette Player (VCP) (if equipped) with the engine running and the vehicle in and out of motion.
2. Visually inspect for the obvious signs of mechanical and electrical damage.
