60/40 Split Bench

REMOVAL

NOTE: The 60 percent rear seat is shown, the 40 percent rear seat is similar.







1. Remove the rear outboard seat bracket cover.







2. Remove the rear outboard nut and bolt.

NOTE: Make sure the restraint is installed correctly before tightening the retaining nut.







3. Remove the plastic caps from the studs, then remove the rear seat riser to floor nuts.
4. Fold the rear seat down.







5. Remove the rear seat.
- Pivot the seat to unhook the tab from the safety belt buckle bracket.

INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
2. Check the active restraint system for correct operation.
