Hood: Adjustments

HOOD ALIGNMENT

NOTE: Navigator shown, Expedition similar.

1. Raise and support the hood.







2. Loosen the hood hinge to hood bolts.
3. Adjust the hood.







4. Tighten the hood hinge to hood bolts enough to hold the hood in place.







5. Check the hood clearance.
6. Repeat Steps two through five until satisfactory alignment is achieved.







7. Tighten the hood hinge to hood bolts.
