HEADLAMP ASSEMBLY

REMOVAL

NOTE: Make sure the headlamp switch and the ignition switch are in the OFF position.

Expedition







1. Loosen the headlamp retaining bolt.







2. Remove the bolts and the headlamp assembly.
- Disconnect the electrical connectors.

3. Remove the front radiator air deflector.







4. Remove the three bolts and the headlamp assembly.
- Disconnect the electrical connectors.

INSTALLATION

All vehicles
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
- If necessary, adjust the headlamps.
