Removal and Installation
1. Open the front door and support as needed.
2. Disconnect the front door electrical connector.
3. Remove the lower hinge-to-door nut and bolt.
- To install, tighten bolt to 30 Nm (22 lb-ft).
- To install, tighten nut to 30 Nm (22 lb-ft).

4. CAUTION: To avoid damaging the door, this step requires an assistant.

Remove the front door upper hinge-to-door nut and bolt and remove the front door.
- To install, tighten bolt to 30 Nm (22 lb-ft).
- To install, tighten nut to 30 Nm (22 lb-ft).

5. NOTE: To minimize the possibility of cross threading, hand-start all fasteners during the installation.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
- If installing a new front door, transfer parts as necessary.

6. Adjust the front door.
