Fig. 28 Heater core removal:
1.
Disconnect battery ground cable and drain
cooling system.
2.
Disconnect
heater hoses from
heater core and plug all lines and fittings.
3.
Remove floor duct from plenum and the Instrument Panel.
4.
Remove screws attaching heater core cover to the Evaporator Case, then remove the
heater core and cover from the plenum,

Reverse procedure to install.
