The TSP-VOTM serves a dual purpose, Fig. 11. The solenoid portion may be used as an anti-dieseling device and the vacuum portion may be used for maintaining a cold idle RPM.
The TSP-VOTM operates the throttle through a connecting lever, and it may be energized by an electric vacuum solenoid or other vacuum control device.
