Duraspark II

TIMING ADJUSTMENT
- Place transmission in Neutral or Park with A/C Heater in off position.
- Plug vacuum hoses from the distributor vacuum advance connection at the distributor.

Cylinder Numbering And Distributor Location:

- Connect an inductive timing light to #1 cylinder.
- Connect a tachometer.
- Disconnect harness at ignition module and place a jumper wire across pins at ignition module.
- Start engine and allow to reach operating temperature.



- With engine at timing rpm, check or adjust initial timing to specification. Specifications
- Unplug and reconnect vacuum hoses. Remove any jumpers from ignition module connector and reconnect.
