DC MOTOR IDLE SPEED ACTUATOR (DCISCA) - Device mounted to the fuel charging assembly or carburetor, controlling the idle speed, including such functions as: high cam rpm, antidiesel shut-off, dashpot and prepositioning for next vehicle start. The DC-ISCA is driven by the EEC-IV system and includes an integral Idle Tracking Switch (ITS).
