Removal and Installation

1. Remove the transmission from the vehicle as described in this Section. Removal and Replacement






2. Remove the pump seal using seal remover Tool-1175-AC (or equivalent) and slide hammer T59L-100-B (or equivalent).






3. Install the seal using seal installer Tool T63L-77837-A (or equivalent) (Fig. 16).
4. Install the transmission as described in this Section. Removal and Replacement
