EGR Electronic Vacuum Regulator Solenoid: Testing and Inspection

1. Disconnect vacuum line from output (middle) port, and connect a vacuum gauge to port.
2. With engine at idle, the vacuum gauge reading should average between 1.9 and 3.15 inches. The fluctuation of vacuum between the higher and lower limits is normal, but the average should be within specifications.
