ISSUE: Turn signal indicator lamps that appear to flash fast when first activated are a normal condition. This condition is due to the design of the turn signal switch and does not indicate that the turn signal flasher is bad. The condition is more noticeable when operating the turn signals without latching the turn signal switch lever.
ACTION: This is a normal condition and requires no corrective action.
