Cruise Control Servo: Service and Repair

1. Raise hood, then remove air cleaner assembly.
2. Disconnect speed control actuator cable from accelerator cable, then disconnect vacuum hoses and electrical connectors from servo assembly.
3. Remove nuts attaching servo to mounting bracket, then remove servo and cable assembly.
4. Remove nuts attaching servo cover to servo assembly, then lift cover off and disconnect cable assembly.
5. Reverse procedure to install. On vehicles equipped with 2.8L gasoline engine, when installing actuator cable, route cable behind brake booster.
