ENCLOSED ARE BLANK AUTHORIZED MODIFICATIONS DECALS (FORM FPS 8262) THAT ARE TO BE ATTACHED TO CARS IN THIS RECALL WHEN AN INSPECTION ONLY IS PERFORMED (APPLIES TO 2.3L AND 5.0L ENGINES, KIT CODES A,D, AND E ONLY).

MANUALLY PREPARE DECALS AS SHOWN ON THE APPROPRIATE ATTACHMENT III INSTRUCTIONS. ORDER ADDITIONAL DECALS ON "DOES" USING PART NUMBER FPS 8262. DECALS ARE AVAILABLE AT NO CHARGE.
