Condenser HVAC: Service and Repair
1. Discharge refrigerant from system at service access gauge port valve located on the suction line.
Fig. 2 Spring lock coupling disconnect & connect:
2. Disconnect the two refrigerant lines from right side of radiator, Fig. 2.
Fig. 5 Condenser assembly removal:
3. Remove condenser-to-radiator support attaching bolts and the condenser, Fig. 5.
4. Reverse procedure to install. Leak test, evacuate and charge refrigerant system, then check system for proper operation.
