LIGHT TRUCK: 1988-89 ECONOLINE


ISSUE: The schematics which show the Function Selector Switch on pages 92 and 151 in the 1988 EVTM and pages 84 and 157 in the 1989 EVTM, do not indicate operation of the A/C clutch in the Mix and Defrost modes. The 1989 schematics do not properly label the Clutch Cycling Switch or show the correct 348 circuit.

ACTION: Refer to the pages following this TSB article for updated schematics which indicate the proper operation of the Function Selector Switch and other circuit revisions. This information should be inserted in your 1988 Econoline EVTM, pages 92/151, and your 1989 Econoline EVTM, pages 84/157.
