REASONS FOR The Electronic Engine Control (EEC) Processor
THIS PROGRAM over-retards engine ignition timing, causing
a reduction in engine power.
Drivers may notice the reduction in engine power primarily during hot weather when the engine is under load.
To correct this condition, dealers will install a modified EEC processor and, where required, a new high flow thermostat to lower coolant temperatures.
REFUNDS When all or a portion of the repair covered by
the program is paid by the owner and/or the dealer prior to the release of the program, both the owner and/or dealer are eligible for a refund.
