Test 8, EEC-IV -- TFI-IV

1. Disconnect pin-in-line connector near distributor.
2. Crank engine and check for spark.
3. If spark is present, check PIP and ignition ground wires for continuity and repair as necessary. If ground wires are satisfactory, the EEC-IV system must be diagnosed.
4. If no spark is present, proceed to Test 9.
