Cruise Control Servo Cable: Adjustments

Fig. 71 Actuator Cable Adjust:

1. On models equipped with electric actuator, remove plastic cover.
2. On all models, loosen locknut and adjusting nuts, Fig. 71.
3. Carefully pull on cable housing trying not to move actuator rod.
4. Position adjusting nut A until there is 0.039-0.118 inch clearance between nut A and bracket.
5. Tighten locknut B, then replace actuator plastic cover if removed.
