Control Module HVAC: Service and Repair

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Remove bezel cover from control assembly face, then the four attaching screws from control assembly housing.
3. Remove passenger and driver sound insulator panels, then disconnect REC/FRESH control cable from selector door assembly.
4. Disconnect blower switch electrical connector and control assembly illumination electrical connector. Remove temperature control cable from temperature blend door assembly at right side of heater case.
5. Remove control assembly and control cables as an assembly. Note the routing of cables for proper installation.
6. Reverse procedure to install.
