Refrigerant Recovery

1. Remove caps from high and low pressure service access gauge port valves.
2. Turn both manifold gauges fully clockwise to close high and low pressure hoses to center manifold and hose.
3. If gauge set hoses do not have service valve depressor pins, install fitting adapter set D81L-19703-A or equivalent on manifold gauge set hoses.
4. Connect manifold gauge set high and low pressure hoses with adapters to high and low pressure service access gauge port valves respectively.
5. Slowly depressurize refrigeration system by slightly opening low pressure valve of manifold gauge set.
6. When system is nearly discharged, open high pressure gauge valve slowly to avoid losing refrigerant oil and allow any remaining refrigerant to discharge.
