Condenser HVAC: Service and Repair

1. Discharge refrigerant from system.
2. Disconnect and cap compressor discharge line and liquid line from condenser, Fig. 2.

3. Working under vehicle, remove two nuts attaching two lower mounting studs, Fig. 4.
4. Remove upper radiator brackets and tilt top of radiator rearward. Then remove two bolts attaching two condenser upper mounting brackets to rear side of radiator support.
5. Remove condenser from vehicle.
6. Reverse procedure to install. Use new O-ring lubricated with suitable oil.
7. Leak test, evacuate and charge system.
