Shift Modulator: Service and Repair
1. Disconnect hoses from vacuum unit.
2. Remove vacuum unit retaining bracket and bolt, being careful not to pry or bend bracket.
3. Pull vacuum unit from transmission case, then remove vacuum unit control rod.
4. Reverse procedure to install, torquing retaining bolt to 80-106 inch lbs.
