VIBRATION OR SHUDDER DURING ACCELERATION FROM START-UP - 4X2 SUPERCAB
LIGHT TRUCK:

This TSB article is being republished in its entirety to include 1993 model-year vehicles.
ISSUE:
A vibration or shudder may be noticed on acceleration from a dead stop. This may be caused by improper driveline angles which become excessive during acceleration.
ACTION:
Install new improved stiffer rear springs to maintain proper driveline angles during acceleration.
1. Replace rear springs with new springs (F1TZ-5560-L). Refer to the appropriate year Service Manual, section 04-02, for service details.
2. Readjust headlamps on the vehicle.
