Evaporator Core: Service and Repair

Removal
1. Remove the evaporator case from the vehicle. Refer to Evaporator Case: Service and Repair. Service and Repair
2. Remove the foam seals at the inlet and outlet of the cooling unit by peeling them away from the evaporator case.
3. Remove the seven retaining clips from the housing.
4. Separate the case halves and remove the evaporator.

Installation
1. Install the evaporator core into the evaporator case.
2. Assemble the case halves with the seven retaining clips and install the foam seals.
3. Install the evaporator case into the vehicle. Refer to Evaporator Case: Service and Repair. Service and Repair
