Torque Converter Endplay Test

TORQUE CONVERTER ENDPLAY TEST
1. Install endplay checking tool No. T80L-7902-A and guide sleeve No. T86P-7902-A or equivalent in torque converter hub.
2. Tighten nut on endplay checking tool.

3. Mount dial indicator tool No. 4201-C or equivalent on endplay checking tool.
4. Lift on tool handles and note indicator reading. If indicator reading is above 0.050 inch, replace converter assembly.
