Oil On Outside of Supercharger
POSSIBLE CAUSE ACTIONSupercharger sealed ^ Check supercharger oil level
joints leaking. and top off as required.
Some oil seepage may occur
with mileage. Oil level should be
checked and topped off every 30,000
miles. If oil loss is excessive, replace
the supercharger.

Oil leak at supercharger outlet ^ This is typically engine oil
adapter mounting joint or any that is ingested through the supercharger
intercooler tube joint. from the PCV system. Check and service
the PCV system as required.
NOTE: Some engine oil pullover is
normal and cannot be eliminated.
Loose supercharger oil fill plug. ^ Check supercharger oil level and
top off as required. Tighten the
supercharger oil fill plug.
