- Verify ohmmeter is on 200 ohm scale.

- Measure resistance between module harness connector Pin 13 and valve harness connector Pin 1.

- Is resistance less than 10 ohms?

YES -- Circuit is not open. Go to 2.4. 2.4

NO -- Find and repair open circuit along Circuit 599 (PK/LG). Go to 2.6. 2.6
