EGR Valve Position Sensor: Service and Repair

EGR valve position sensor:

REMOVAL
^ Disconnect EGR valve sensor wire connector at EGR valve sensor.
^ Remove three EGR valve sensor retaining nuts.
^ Remove EGR valve sensor from EGR valve.

INSTALLATION
^ To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten EGR valve sensor retaining nuts to 16 Nm (12 ft lb.).
