Retractor Does Not Lock, With Crew Cab

1. Withdraw a minimum of 458 mm (18 inches) of webbing from safety belt retractor. Allow 50.8 mm (2 inches) of webbing to retract, and pull out again to check for lock-up. Front safety belt retractor must lock up after 458 mm (18 inches) of webbing has been withdrawn.
2. If not OK, replace the safety belt assembly.
3. Check the restraint system for proper operation.
